Qu'est-ce qu'eZ Publish ?
eZ Publish 3 is a professional PHP application framework with advanced CMS (content management system) functionality. As a CMS its most notable featureis its revolutionary, fully customizable and extendable content model. Thisis also what makes eZ Publish suitable as a platform for general PHP development,allowing you to rapidly create professional web-based applications. Standard CMS functionality (such as news publishing, e-commerce and forums) are already implemented and ready to use. Standalone libraries can be used for cross-platform database-independent browser-neutral PHP projects. Because eZ Publish 3 is a web-based application, it can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection.

LA GESTION DU BARRAGE DU DRENNEC ET DE LA MICROCENTRALE HYDROELECTRIQUE
Le Syndicat de Bassin de l'Elorn, propriétaire et gestionnaire du barrage du Drennec, met en ligne les données de gestion de la retenue et de la microcentrale hydroélectrique installée depuis le 17 décembre 2009. La gestion du soutien de l'étiage 2011 a été très délicate du fait des très faibles débits naturels; le barrage, dont le niveau est descendu très bas fin novembre, est maintenant en phase de remplissage
La production de la microcentrale est de ce fait plus faible cette année.
INFORMATIONS AUX AGRICULTEURS
Le Bassin du SAGE de l'Elorn est éligible au Plan Végétal pour l'Environnement (PVE), qui permet de financer notamment l'acquisition de matériel de désherbage alternatif des cultures; la subvention de base est de 40% de l'investissement.
